- 122cm. high, 120cm. wide, 65cm. deep; 4ft., 3ft. 11in., 2ft. 1½in.
of bombé serpentine outline, the shaped top with secret drawer above a fall-front opening to an arrangement of six drawers, on three drawers and shaped apron, on splayed feet
Condition
This impressive bureau is in good conserved condition. Marks and scratches consistent with age and use, and traces of old wooworm, which appears to be no longer active. The veneer displays signs of old restoration, including filling to worm holes. The top possibly replaced. Some shrinkage cracks visible on the surface of both sides. Staining to writing surface. Minor losses, including one on the top drawer; the feet with light scuffing. Ready to place.
