Overall the condition of the marble is good, with some wear and dirt to the surface consistent with age. There are a few minor chips and abrasions, including to the high points of the drapery and the edges of the base. There is light veining to the marble, consistent with the material. There is a slightly open but stable vein to the fold of the hood above the forehead on the proper left side. There are a few scratches, notably to the top of the head.
There is minor general wear to the wood base, which is not attached to the marble.
