Stuart Forbes Trefusis, by the Unionists of Kincardineshire, to mark their admiration of his splendid services to the Unionist Cause at the Contested Election, 1895, wooden lined, 23.1cm., 9in. long; together with a silver hipflask, Birmingham, 1925, 12.1cm., 4 3/3 in. high; a Victorian silver spirit lamp/lighter, London, 1896, in the form of a lamp with serpent handle, 6.4cm., 2 1/2 in. high; a silver double measure, Birmingham, 1945, 9.4cm., 3 3/4 in. high; a Sheffield Plate wine funnel, circa 1800, and an electroplate mounted cut-glass hipflask (6)

The wine funnel possibly that supplied by Marshall & Sons, Edinburgh, 19 July 1813; '1 silver wine funnel, £2-7-0' to Sir William Forbes, 7th Bt. (1773-1828), NLS (Acc.4796/195)

All in good order except wine funnel which is heavily damaged and repaired.
