the larger banded with borders of kingwood and ebony and boxwood strung, with a rosewood and velvet lined interior on lyre supports with brass uprights, the smaller with a bevelled glass top and front over a velvet and mirror lined interior (2)
Condition
Both in very good condition. Nice quality. Typical old marks and scratches and the lid of the octagonal example with cigarette burn. The smaller example with tarnish brass and stains to velvet interior, scratches to glass and the mahogany is of a slightly faded appearance. No keys.
