Description

- each approx. 91cm. high, 56cm. wide, 37cm. deep; 2ft. 11½in., 1ft. 10in., 1ft. 2½in.
the veined white marble tops over frieze drawers, inlaid with griffins, the lower doors with octagonal panels of architectural caprices each enclosing a pair of fitted drawers, within foliate inlaid pilasters, on blind fluted square tapering legs
Condition
Decorative. One of the marble tops is a replacement. Chips, old marks and scratches to each marble top. There are losses, chips, old marks and scratches throughout to the surface of these cabinets, some mouldings have been repaired and one moulded section replaced to the back of the right side. The brass lock plates are lacking. One cabinet drawer has been altered to open in an opposing way to the other. There are losses to the shuttered backs of each. Evidence of old worm. Old estate repairs to each.
