"Scarce. Compared to the trade edition, the Author's edition is bound in a finer fabric of different color, contains a sepia photographic portrait of Cook (with printed signature beneath) and overlying tissue guard, and has a limitation leaf with Cook's handwritten signature" (Rosove).
