Description

  • the first marked inside cover for T. & J. Creswick, the second apparently unmarked
  • sheffield plated silver
  • lengths 17 1/4 and 16 1/4 in.
  • 44 and 41.3 cm
both with foliate scroll handles, one engraved on body and cover with early arms, the other with crested cover

Condition

the first the side opposite the arms rubbed at high spot so copper visible and with several small dents to interior; the second with dings to cover and small dents and creases to interior; otherwise both good
