decorated on either side in white slip with flowering branches and affixed with a dragon's head handle, crowned MINTONS globe mark printed in gilding, impressed MINTONS and indistinct year cypher.

Condition

Some very occasional and minor rubbing to the gilding in places. The upper section of the vase, extending from the top border of the wide gilt band up to rim, has been restored; the exact cause of the damage is difficult to determine but it is likely that the restoration is covering haircrack/s. The horn of the dragon at one handle is restored. Otherwise in good condition.
