each vase with a bullfinch and a kingfisher perched upon leafy branches on either side, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue.
Condition
Both with some minor and occasional, small chips or restored chips to the edges of flowerheads, leaves or branches. One vase has restoration to the bullfinch's tail and tips of wings. The tips of the kingfisher's wings are also restored. The other vase has overspray to the upper section of the interior of the vase; the vase doesn't appear to have broken and the overspray possibly covers haircrack/s. The kingfisher's tail and tips of wings are restored. All restorations are very well done.
