comprising: a large teapot and cover, a teapot and cover, a footed hot milk jug, a footed sugar bowl and cover and a cup and cover, crossed swords marks in underglaze-blue, the smaller teapot and cover with incised numeral 9. 9 pieces.

Condition

Each piece with occasional and minor touch ups or restorations to the edges of leafy branches, applied white flowerheads or flowers. All restorations are very well done. Teapots and covers: both teapots have restorations to the perched canaries. The tail of the canary on the cover of the larger teapot is restored. Sugar bowl and cover: The tail of one canary is chipped away on the sugar bowl; the other canary is restored. There is a very small flat chip to the edge of one flower petal. The cover: the tail of the bird on the knob is restored. Cup and cover: Tails of the birds on the cup and the cover are all restored. There are slightly more restorations to the applied white flowerheads on the cover of the cup than on the other pieces. The milkjug: One applied canary is restored.
