Condition

In overall good condition and presentation, free of restoration and repairs. The gilding is in very good condition, with the raised enamel complete and showing very little wear. Light crazing to the glaze over the painted scene on the cover, with slightly heavier crazing to the interior and the underside. Glue residue visible beneath the mounts from the interior edges. The hinge is slight misshaped through use, but is holding and works well.
