Condition

To the naked eye, the painting is in a quite good overall condition. It has been relined in a strong way. It has been cleaned probably at the same time which erased some of the glazing. Under the UV light : the painting is under a green even varnish. The background has been harmonized with a glazing. We can see a restoration in the blue ribbon and in the hat.
