Condition

To the naked eye, the painting is in a reasonnably good condition. It has been relined in the second half of the XXth century. It flattened the painted surface a bit. It has been recently cleaned. Some of the glazing in the darker areas might have been a bit vanished. Under the UV light : we can see a 5 cm strip along the left edge with a network of cracks. There are some restorations in the architecture, the water, the bridge, the ground, the trees. Few small touches of restoration in the sky.
