Condition
The papier is slightly crumpled in the upper left. The white pastel on the collar is slightly worn, but it's barely visible. Was probably restored.
Very good condition.
The paper is slightly clearer in reality than it appears in the catalogue.

According to Frédérique de Watrigant, this drawing is part of a series executed for an album Chansons simplettes pour les petits enfants for which Lucie Félix-Faure Goyau wrote songs. This album was commissioned by Phosphatine Falières, for baby food and published in 1906.
