Very good overall condition.
The watercolors are fresh.
On some works, small foxing appears or small dirt spots ; some present minor tears (on the corners of borders) ; some wave very lightly and three wave a bit more, probably because of the glue on the borders, which has provoked light foldings traces. 2 or 3 works present small wears due to the previous page.
5 works are wash.
