Condition
The demarcation between the canvas and the added part of the composition is visible (one can see it on the catalogue). Thin tight craquelures are visible on the model. A minor chip is missing on the demarcation line, in the lower left. The painting sits on its original canvas.
Under UV light, retouches are visible on the demarcation line, especially on the left and on the right. Retouches are also visible on the drapery on the model's chest and on her right arm, above her right shoulder, in her neck, on her cheeks : in order to conceal the craquelures forementioned.
Two spiral-shaped craquelures have been very lightly filled-in : one on the model's chest (on her skin), the other, on her face (but not touching her eyes).
Small repaints appear scattered on the surface.
