Condition

The sheet is attached to the mounting board with tabs in three places along the upper edge, but is not laid down. The sheet is slightly cockled. There are artist's pinholes in all four corners and the upper edge of the sheet is deckled, not visible in the present mount. There is evidence to previous mounting tabs at the lower corners. None of which are visible in the present mount. There is a slight stain around the edges of the work, where the mount meets the paper, not visible in the present mount. There is a small scuff in the upper right quadrant and two small spots of matter, only visible in raking light. Subject to the above the work is in very good overall condition, with strong vivid colours throughout. The work is window mounted and held within a simple wood frame.
