Condition

The sheet has been laid down on card. The sheet is unevenly cut. There is a possible old repaired tear running from the centre of the top edge, a possible loss and repaired tear to an area in the lower right corner, two further small possible repaired tears to the right of the signature, as well as a few other tiny repaired tears to the edges. There is a small loss in the lower left corner, and two tiny losses to the centre of the left edge. There are a few creases to the work, including in the sky and to the mountain top. The pigments have faded slightly, as is visible about the edges. Held under glass in a painted and gilt plaster frame.
