The board appears to be in good stable condition. There is an old loss to the upper left hand corner of the board, however, this is hidden beneath the recess of the frame. There are some areas of minor craquelure, notably in the upper portion of the work. There is a speck of paint loss in the sky upper centre. There is some surface dirt. Otherwise the work appears to be in original condition. UV light inspection reveals no evidence of any retouching or restoration. Held in a painted white frame.
