Catalogue Note
In 1986 Thatcher attempted to ban Peter Wright's Spy-Catcher. An Australian court, however, ruled that it could be published in Australia. The book claimed that M15 had tried to destabilise Wilson's government in 1974-75. Thatcher refused an independent inquiry into the allegation.
Published within The Sunday Times, 7 December 1986. Also reproduced in Line of Attack on p. 284 and Milk Snatcher on p. 84.
