the baluster body rising to a waisted neck, applied overall with a vitreous burgundy-red glaze streaked with deep lavender-blue and thinning to a mushroom tone around the rim and stopping neatly at the foot, the base unglazed
Provenance
Acquired in Boston, 1940-1960s, and thence by descent.
Condition
In good overall condition with only minor firing imperfections and very minor expected wear to the surface and footring (including a couple of tiny glaze frits to the lower body).
