of baluster form with a galleried rim, set to the neck with a pair of loop handles suspending fixed rings, covered overall save for the foot rim with a blue-tinged white glaze

Condition

There are firing imperfections throughout, including a deep dimple just above the foot (diameter approx. 4 mm), scattered small glaze cracks, small iron spots, small burst glaze bubbles, fine creases in the clay at the rings and around the waisted lower body, and a firing line to the interior. The rim, foot, and ring handles are irregularly shaped. The glaze has expected surface wear, an approx. 6.5-cm scratch at the body, and a frit at the rim (approx. 8 mm).
