the interior carved with a floral medallion below a foliate scroll decorating the well, the everted rim applied with eight prunus blossoms reserved in the biscuit and fired burnt-orange against the pale olive-green glaze continuing onto the exterior and over the foot ring, leaving an unglazed burnt-orange ring on the base

Condition

The dish with expected wear to the surface from use and burial (particularly to an approx. 9 x 10 cm section of the interior, as illustrated in the catalog), minor chips to the biscuit flowers, and a frit to the exterior (approx. 5 mm). There are firing lines to the base.
