the gently rounded sides rising from a tapered foot, painted in underglaze blue with two striding dragons among scrolled clouds to the exterior and another in the central roundel to the interior, all reserved against the custard-yellow ground stopping neatly above the unglazed foot ring, with apocryphal six-character Xuande mark in underglaze blue on a white-glazed base

Condition

The bowl restored from multiple large breaks throughout, with the restoration including in-painting and spray to several areas. The rim with a restored chip (approx. 1 cm).
