of bombé form, painted on the exterior with a continuous landscape along a mountain lake, with three figures venturing towards the edge of the bank while a fourth fishes from a boat, all within line borders, cloud motifs encircling the everted neck

Condition

Firing imperfections throughout, including a ring of red-brown iron spots to the well, and one tear in the clay to the interior wall from the time of manufacture (length approx. 3/4 inch). One small chip to the interior, and one hairline crack in the center of the well (length approx. 1 3/4 inch). Expected wear to footring.
