the oval baluster body with rocaille and scale-work chased rims, applied reeded girdle, the in-swept domed cover similarly and profusely chased, flowering bud finial, on a spreading chased circular foot, maker's mark stamped four times only

Condition

The marks clearly struck to interior cover centre. Later control mark to rim. The coconut body with a couple of splits. The chasing a little rubbed but generally good. A couple of small splits to the thinner point of the decoration. The foot apparently unmarked.
