An example of this model was included in the landmark exhibition of Troubetzkoy's work by the American Numismatic Society in New York in 1911 (cat. no. 59) and at the Art Institute of Chicago exhibition the following year (cat. no. 70); another is in the collection of the Tretyakov (see State Tretyakov Gallery, Sculpture, 18th - 19th Centuries, vol. 1, Moscow, 2000, no. 369, p. 258, illustrated).
