painted after the design by Sergei Chekhonin, the cavetto with the archetypical character from the Commedia dell'Arte, the rim with puce and gilt border, with blue hammer, sickle and cog, dated 1922, pattern number 261/10, and green Imperial cypher of Nicholas II dated 1898

Condition

Excellent condition, with some discoloration to the base rim.
