in Art Nouveau taste, the lid chased and enamelled with a perching peacock, its feathers set with rose-cut diamonds and cabochon sapphires, above a cluster of entwining branches forming a heart of purple enamel, 88 standard

Condition

Very good condition. One diamond lacking to left of bird. Minor restorations to enamel. Wear to gilding.
