Condition
The canvas has been laid down on board which is slightly bowed. The canvas edges are slightly uneven. There is a small area of paint loss to the edge by the signature. There is a light layer of surface dirt. Inspection under UV light reveals scattered retouching throughout the composition but most notably to the sky and the edges. Held in a gilt wooden frame with plaster mouldings. Unexamined out of frame.
