Condition

The panel is slightly bowed. There are frame abrasions along the edges. There is a layer of surface dirt and the varnish layer has discoloured. Inspection under UV light reveals minor spots of scattered retouching in the sky which are just visible to the naked eye as well as minor retouching to the edges in the lower left corner. Held in an gilt wooden frame with plaster mouldings.
