Condition

Original canvas which is buckling very slightly in places. There are minor abrasions at the edges. Paint shrinkage is present in the area of ochre. There are strips of wood nailed to all four tacking edges and the work is held in a simple stained wood tray frame. There is a light layer of surface dirt. Inspection under UV light reveals no apparent signs of restoration. Unexamined out of frame.
