Overall measurements; cm across the top, cm across the bottom, cm the left hand side, cm the right hand side. Stretcher: 70.5cm by 47.5cm by 3cm; 2ft. 3in., 1ft. 6in., 1in. Textile: 68cm by 46.5cm; 2ft. 2in., 1ft. 6in Shaped fragment mounted on a natural coloured linen. Wool foundation. Pile varies from 2/3mm pile, down to knot-heads. Several holes as visible in the photograph. Red stitching used to attach it to the linen mount, all around the edges and the holes.
