depicting Emperor Nicholas II and Empress Alexandra with an unidentified figure beneath, possibly an earlier Tsar

Condition

Overall measurements; 133cm across the top, 134cm across the bottom, 146cm the left hand side, 147cm the right hand side. Pile closely sheared 1mm. Minor areas of wear in face top right. Finely woven. Top end with original flatweave and knotted fringing. Lower end fringing trimmed and overlocked. Dirty, and needs a clean. Very minor localised spot marks, for example face of lower figure within entablature, wearing the red cape. Very minor old moth damage, for example in green ground lower right hand corner, near the tree.
