Condition

Overall measurements: One 198 by 40.6cm; the other 198.6 by 40cm. Colour of linen ground an attractive caramel colour and the overall appearance crisper and more defined in reality. The colours in reality are a combination of a darker red and pink in palmettes, a light apricot on others. Some losses to stitching in areas overall, as visible in the photograph. There is original blue edging stitching (with some losses) at both ends of each panel. They are not lined. Attractive and decorative, complimentary pair, with one with slightly brighter colours than the other.
