Description

  • approximately 353 by 254cm; 11ft. 6in., 8ft. 3in.

Condition

Overall measurements; 254cm across the top, 252cm across the bottom, 348cm the left hand side, 353cm the right hand side. Pile generally good 2-3mm, with some localised areas of wear, knotbars beginning to appear in centre of lower half of white reserve and minute localised areas of wear elsewhere e.g. lower right hand corner. Sidecords partially re-overcast and some original magenta sidecording. Lower end with approx. 1cm of original flatweave fringes trimmed with edge back stitched. Upper end with trimmed warps between 4mm-15mm, overlocked. Relatively firm handle, good quality Kurk wool, typical of the group. Sound and ready to use.
