Condition

Overall measurements; 189cm across the top, 203cm across the bottom, 431cm the left hand side, 426cm the right hand side. Pile 2mm and down to knot-heads and foundation is places. Some scattered old repairs in the sides. Cut and joined with strip up the centre of reweaving, the width of which is visible by looking at the border which shows the section of the design in different colour (see the bottom on the photograph in the catalogue). There are some repairs in areas overall. The condition report is based on photograph in the catalogue which is upside down. The weave is in the opposite direction shown.
