Condition

Overall measurements; 279cm across the top, 287cm across the bottom, 340cm the left hand side, 353cm the right hand side, 355cm vertically through the centre. Unusually fine weave for scale and type. Pile generally 3mm overall with areas down to knotheads, for example above and below the central medallion. Some losses to each side, sidecords now re-overcast. Both ends with minor loss, as visible from image, and now trimmed and secured. A highly decorative and well balanced carpet in ready to use condition.
