the flattened baluster body with four flanges at the shoulder, worked in high-relief and openwork to the exterior with two scaly dragons, leaping from a bed of swirling waves forming the base, the cover surmounted by an oval knop, the stone of a greyish celadon tone with patches of russet

Condition

The claw of one dragon may have been chipped and polished. Apart from some minute nibbling to the extremities, the vase is in very good condition.
