The complete book, comprising 18 offset lithographs, 13 with handcoloring, with recipes by Suzie Frankfurt, 1959, from the edition of unknown size, bound (as issued), on laid paper, some pages interleaved with the original fuschia tissue paper, bound in original fuchsia boards (18 prints) 

Condition

The prints are in generally good condition, the full sheets with bright colors. Sheets slightly discolored with faint time-stain at the extreme edges. F.&S. IV.137 with a 175 mm cut and 100 mm cut forming an "x" over the bowl of orchids. Each sheet with a few, small fox marks; the title page and the first two lithographs with additional mottled foxing and F.&S. IV.134 with a scattering of tiny fox marks at the center of the image. The top left corner of most sheets with a soft crease, probably due to binding. Seven prints with additional creasing at the top and right edges of the sheet. The sheets with soft undulation as a result of watercolor application. The end sheets discolored with surface soiling and mottled foxing; the original fuchsia boards with some fading and wear at the binding.
