The complete book, comprising 18 offset lithographs, 17 with handcoloring, circa 1954, signed in ink on the colophon and numbered 40, from the edition of 190, on laid paper, inscribed 'to Tina' on the cover, with title and text written by the artist's mother, Julia Warhola, printed by Seymour Berlin, New York, bound with white buckram board (as issued) (18 prints)

Condition

The prints are in good condition. The sheets faintly toned, slightly darker at the extreme sheet edges, and with a few small, inconspicuous handling creases. Some with an occasional small pale spot of discoloration or surface soiling and a few with several small, pale fox marks.The versos in good condition apart from an occasional spot of stray hand-coloring or with the hand-coloring showing slightly through.The cover lithograph unevenly discolored, with some surface soiling and a few nicks and small losses at the sheet edges. The boards with some wear at the edges and traces of surface soiling.
