Two lithographs, 1963 & 1968, the first signed in pencil and inscribed 'trial proof', one of an unknown number of trial and working proofs (editions of this series were never made), on handmade ochre paper, with the blindstamp of the printer and publisher, ULAE, West Islip, New York, the second printed in blue and black, initialed in pencil, dated and inscribed 'XXXIX/LX' (there is also a deluxe book edition of 50 numbered in Arabic  numerals), on Rives BFK paper, the second printed by Atelier Michel Cassé, Paris, and published by Editions Georges Fall, Paris, framed (2 prints)

Condition

The prints are in good condition. The first with slight undulation to the sheet, inherent to the paper. The left sheet edge slightly uneven. The verso with remnants of previous hinges and a few spots of stray ink, partially examined. The second with full margins. Extremely faint light-stain, the hinges pressing slightly through. A tiny spot of discoloration in the upper right corner. The verso with a spot of light skinning in each lower corner, partially examined.
