B. 19, Holl. 26), engraving, circa 1505-36, a good impression of the second (final) state; and The First, and The Second Wise Virgin; The Second, and The Fourth Foolish Virgin, circa 1480-90, by The Monogrammist AG (after Martin Schongauer), engravings (B. VI 352.18/19/24/26)

Condition

Master IAM of Zwolle; trimmed to the edges of fragment, backed, a few tears, two visible recto, a few perforations visible when held up to the light, a small loss at the upper sheet corners, unframed. Daniel Hopfer: with wide margins on three sides, a narrow margin, in good condition apart from a small loss at the upper right tip of sheet, some surface dirt, some paper thinning associated with the removal of previous hinging, a diagonal crease in the upper and lower right sheet corners, the artist's name written in pencil in the upper margin, unframed. The Monogrammist AG; all four prints laid down on card, trimmed to the borderlines, in good condition apart from B. 252.19 with a small loss in the blank area upper right, all with some fox marks and discoloration, unframed.
