Condition
The full sheet (a deckle edge at each side), the colours somewhat attenuated, the blues and greys have a slightly milky appearance, in good condition apart from uneven mount-staining and other slight paper discoloration, a fox mark in the chest of the reclining figure, two larger fox marks in left margin, a small tongue-shaped tear and other small nicks (one partially repaired) along lower sheet edge, three small tears at upper sheet edge, adhesive residue along top edge of sheet recto, further uneven backboard-staining and remains of tape along top edge of sheet verso, the sheet brittle to touch, framed.
