Woodcuts, 1512-1516, seven from the series of 236, very good to good impressions, one or two plates showing slight wear in places, from the 16th-century edition (not mentioned in Hollstein), five plates on paper with a Large Double Headed Eagle watermark (cf. Briquet 315, dated 1585), one plate on paper with a Name of Jesus watermark, one plate with an indistinct watermark
Condition
With narrow margins, trimmed slightly unevenly, two plates with large margins at the bottom, generally in very good condition, some minor creasing, some plates with discolouration and scattered foxing, some thinning at the sheet corners due to residual mounting.
