Woodcut, 1511, a very good, early Meder b impression before the damage to the monogram, framed

Condition

Trimmed on the borderline, a horizontal, skilfully repaired tear across the width of print, the print indented at left and right where the torn sheet has been re-attached, the area of tree where the print was reattached slightly abraded, a further horizontal approx. 120mm. repaired tear along a drying fold extending from the left sheet edge, a further approx. 60mm horizontal repaired tear below this, one or two tiny, barely discernible re-touches in soft ink along repaired tears (and a pen and ink drawing verso which appears to be contemporary, tracing the outline of the leftmost figure in the print), framed.
