  • super 8 film in metal canister, 10 black and white photographs, a jar filled with remnants of gelatin and sealed with bee's wax, in stamped cardboard case
  • overall: 540 by 438 by 130mm 21 1/4 by 17 1/4 by 5 1/8 in
  • Executed in 1971, this work is number 40 from an edition of 100.
The multiple, comprising Super 8 film, 10 photographs and a glass bottle with beeswax, 1971, signed in pencil, numbered 40/100, contained in the original cardboard box (as issued; a small number of portfolios were published without the linen presentation case and straps)

Condition

The multiple is in good condition, the bottle no longer containing gelatin though still with the beeswax seal present, the metal film canister with some superficial wear, the photographs with some pale discoloration verso and a few with a singular hinge remain.
