Condition

The ceramic is sound. There are scattered chips and surface losses to the exterior and interior where imperfections in the clay have been repelled over time. This is inherent to the material and the losses are visible in the catalogue illustrations. A handful of these are a little eroded. There is rubbing to the rim and the base, some surface dirt and light wear. The work is in overall fairly good condition.
In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above. Since we are not professional conservators or restorers, we urge you to consult with a restorer or conservator of your choice who will be better able to provide a detailed, professional report.
