Description

  • Philip-Lorca diCorcia
  • Hong Kong
  • chromogenic print
chromogenic print, flush-mounted, signed in pencil on the reverse, framed, 1996

Condition

While this chromogenic print has not been examined out of its frame, it appears to be in generally excellent condition. The colors remain bright and saturated, with no apparent fading. There are 2 approximately 3/4-inch scratches and a small scuff in the upper left quadrant, which appears to break the emulsion. Very fine hairline scratches that do not appear to break the emulsion are visible in raking light overall and are likely a result of the mounting process. There is minor soiling on the reverse of the mount. 'PL.130.9' is written in an unidentified hand in pencil.
