Prior to the release of their 1976 chart-topper 'Black and Blue,' the Rolling Stones flew to Sanibel Island, Florida, to be photographed by the Japanese fashion photographer, Hiro. This portrait of a young Mick Jagger is from that sitting.
This photograph, on double-weight, slightly warm-toned Agfa paper, is in overall excellent condition. The paper is slightly textured overall, possibly a result of the drying process. There are a few faint linear gray marks that are nearly indiscernible and there are stray graphite marks in the margins. The upper and lower margin edges are gently rippled.
There are some scattered fox-marks and slight yellowing overall on the reverse. In response to your inquiry, we are pleased to provide you with a general report of the condition of the property described above.
